Meeting Agendas & Minutes

As the legislative body of the Village of Readstown, the Village Board holds open public meetings where local laws, policies, and key decisions affecting the community are discussed and acted upon. Village Trustees are elected to serve and represent the interests of residents.

The Village Board meets on the second Thursday of each month at 5:00 PM at the Village Office, 116 N. 4th Street, Readstown. All meetings are open to the public.

Notices of all public meetings, along with meeting agendas, are posted in advance in accordance with open meeting requirements. Meeting minutes are posted after the meeting has concluded and once they have been reviewed and approved by the Village Board.
